AOTF (acousto-optic-turnable-filter) based spectrometer for demanding applications. The high- resolution analysis unit is suitable for all foods. It has a wide range of near- infrared wavelengths. The range is from 630-1100 nm, the enormous speed of 1ms/Wellenlänge allows high resolution measurements in a very short time. Wavelengths, wave measuring distances and times, and the number of measurement points in the sample dish can be adjusted individually.
