This integrated analysis system was designed to process raw meat in-line. The automatic
meat-sampler in combination with a rapid NIR measurment system is the first of its kind in the meat market worldwide.
Its spectrometer is based on an acousto-optic-turnable-filter (AOTF). A complete measurment consisting the sampling, sample-preparation and the analyse of water, fat and protein is done in 2 seconds. An integration at the outflow of grinders and mix-grinders even at already existing systems is accomplishable.
